Red Letter Days Discount Code and Current Offers

Red Letter Days specialises in experience gifts rather than traditional physical presents. Its UK website brings together experiences for couples, families, friends and individuals, covering everything from relaxing spa days to supercar driving, dining, theatre, cruises and overnight breaks.

If you're searching for a Red Letter Days Discount Code, it's worth checking both promotional codes and the retailer's reduced-price experiences before paying. Current offers listed for this page include:

• Up to 70% off Save Big Christmas Gifts Sale
• Up to 70% off birthday gifts
• Up to 65% off river cruises
• Up to 50% off engagement gifts
• Up to 40% off spa breaks
• Up to 25% off Gordon Ramsay Burgers and more

Discount levels apply to selected experiences rather than the entire Red Letter Days catalogue, so check the individual product price and offer conditions before ordering.

Red Letter Days also runs its own promotional campaigns. Its current website displays selected experiences with promotional codes, while its terms explain that discount codes can be restricted to particular products, experiences or customer groups. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

What Can You Buy from Red Letter Days?

Red Letter Days has a broad range of experience gifts, making it possible to choose something based on the recipient's interests rather than simply buying a conventional present.

Spa Days and Spa Breaks

Spa experiences are a popular option for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and other occasions. Red Letter Days offers spa days and overnight spa breaks, with experiences that can include treatments, lunch, afternoon tea, leisure facilities or overnight accommodation.

Current seasonal pages include discounted spa experiences at venues such as Bannatyne and Macdonald Hotels, although prices and promotional codes can change.

River Cruises

River cruise gifts range from sightseeing cruises to dining and themed experiences. Red Letter Days' cruise selection includes options around locations such as the Thames and other UK waterways.

The current offers listed for this page include up to 65% off river cruises, but the percentage applies to selected experiences rather than every cruise available.

Dining Experiences

Food and drink gifts include afternoon tea, restaurants, tasting experiences and meals with well-known brands and chefs. The retailer currently features experiences involving brands such as Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White, alongside independent venues.

If you're buying for someone who enjoys eating out, comparing the reduced experience price with the standard price can be a useful way to assess the saving before using a voucher code.

Driving and Adventure Experiences

Red Letter Days also covers driving and adventure gifts. Depending on the experience, customers can find supercar driving, off-road activities, Go Ape experiences, flying, skydiving and other active days.

The range means that a Red Letter Days voucher can be particularly useful when you're unsure which exact experience the recipient would prefer.

Short Breaks and Days Out

Overnight stays, hotel breaks, theatre trips, attractions and days out provide alternatives for recipients who would rather have a weekend away or an activity than a physical gift.

Red Letter Days Flexible Gift Vouchers

One of the useful features of Red Letter Days is its flexible voucher system. Depending on the voucher purchased, the recipient can select an experience from the eligible range rather than necessarily being restricted to one specific activity.

For example, a flexible birthday experience voucher can be used towards an experience of equal or lower value, or towards a more expensive experience by paying the difference. If a selected experience costs less than the voucher value, the difference can be issued as credit subject to the applicable terms.

Not every experience is necessarily available for every voucher, so read the product's "What do I need to know" information before buying.

How to Use a Red Letter Days Promo Code

Using a Red Letter Days promo code is straightforward:

1. Select an eligible experience from the Red Letter Days website.
2. Add it to your basket.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your promotional code in the discount-code field.
5. Apply the code and check that the price has changed.
6. Complete your payment once the total is correct.

Red Letter Days' terms state that promotional codes are for new purchases of selected products and experiences. They cannot be used for voucher upgrades, selections, extensions, Gift Cards, money on account, delivery or packaging charges. Only one code can be used per order.

This distinction is important: a Red Letter Days Voucher Code used when buying a new experience is different from trying to apply a promotional code when redeeming an existing voucher.

Why Isn't My Red Letter Days Coupon Code Working?

If your coupon code is rejected, first check whether the experience is included in the promotion. Red Letter Days can exclude specific products or experiences from individual campaigns, and some codes are restricted to particular customer groups.

You should also make sure you are using the code on a new purchase. Promotional codes cannot normally be applied when redeeming an existing voucher, selecting a different experience, extending a voucher or paying for delivery and gift packaging.

Only one discount code can be used per order, so entering a second code will not stack another percentage saving on top of the first.

Red Letter Days Newsletter Discount

Signing up to the Red Letter Days newsletter can be another way to find a discount. The retailer currently advertises 20% off your first order, together with access to special offers, newsletter-only discounts and competitions. The current sign-up page also displays a promotion of 20% off when you spend £80 with code PAY20.

The newsletter discount is subject to promotional availability and conditions. Red Letter Days states that discount codes can be withdrawn without notice, are normally valid for a limited period and may have product exclusions.

Red Letter Days Student and Youth Discount

Students, apprentices and young people can also access a dedicated saving. Red Letter Days currently advertises an extra 10% discount for students, apprentices and people aged 16–26, with eligibility verified through Student Beans or Youth Discount.

If you're eligible, compare this discount with any publicly advertised Red Letter Days sale or promotional code. A particular promotion may have different exclusions, so check the terms before choosing which saving to use.

Seasonal Red Letter Days Sales

Seasonal events can be a useful time to compare Red Letter Days prices. Christmas is particularly relevant because the retailer has dedicated Christmas gift categories covering experiences such as spa breaks, adventure activities, theatre trips, short breaks and family outings.

Black Friday is another major promotional period. Red Letter Days currently has a dedicated 2026 Black Friday section and says new Black Friday deals will be available in November 2026.

The most useful approach is to compare the standard experience price, sale price and any applicable promo code rather than assuming a particular percentage discount will apply to every product.

Red Letter Days Voucher Delivery

Red Letter Days offers free e-voucher delivery, which is particularly useful when you need a last-minute gift. The retailer says e-vouchers normally arrive by email within around 30 minutes, although busy periods can extend this to up to four hours.

Physical vouchers are also available. Current delivery information states that standard delivery costs from £3.99 and takes approximately 3–5 working days, while Tracked 24 delivery starts from £5.99 for qualifying orders placed by 9pm.

If you don't receive an e-voucher, check your junk or spam folder and the order-confirmation email, which normally contains a downloadable e-voucher link.

How Long Are Red Letter Days Vouchers Valid?

Most Red Letter Days vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. Gift Boxes generally have a 24-month validity period, while some promotional experiences can have shorter or fixed expiry dates. The exact expiry date is shown on the voucher and the product information.

If your voucher is approaching its expiry date, Red Letter Days says eligible vouchers can be extended, normally for a £20 fee, with extensions available up to two times. Some promotional or discontinued experiences may not qualify for an extension.

It is therefore worth checking the expiry date before buying an experience gift, particularly if the recipient is unlikely to book immediately.

Can You Change a Red Letter Days Experience?

A flexible voucher can generally be used to choose a different eligible experience before a booking has been made. If the new experience costs more, you can pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference can become credit subject to the original voucher's validity and terms.

Once an experience has been booked with an Experience Partner, different rules apply. Red Letter Days' terms state that the recipient becomes subject to the Experience Partner's terms and is no longer entitled to a refund from Red Letter Days after that point.

Red Letter Days Payment Options

Red Letter Days supports secure online payment and also offers Klarna payment options. Its current terms list Pay Now, Pay Later in 30 days and Pay in 3 instalments through Klarna, subject to eligibility and Klarna's terms.

Klarna's Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 products are credit products, so eligibility is assessed by Klarna and late-payment consequences can apply.

Making the Most of a Red Letter Days Voucher Code

Before buying, compare the available ways to save:

• Check the current Red Letter Days sale price.
• Look for a qualifying Red Letter Days Discount Code.
• Consider the newsletter's current first-order promotion.
• Check the student or youth discount if eligible.
• Look at seasonal collections such as Christmas and Black Friday.
• Check whether the experience is eligible for the code.
• Confirm the voucher's validity period.
• Compare e-voucher and physical delivery costs.

Because Red Letter Days sells experiences from many different venues and partners, availability and restrictions can vary considerably between products. Reading the individual experience information before purchasing can help avoid surprises when it is time to book.
